Small but sweet, this build is our smallest garden room yet measuring 3.4m x 2.4m externally, giving 6m2 of internal space.  It creates a practical office space for one or a fabulous hobbies room.

The clever design of windows on each corner provide lots of light and ventilation, giving fabulous views over the garden.

Solar glass has been added as the building is in a sunny spot of the garden, the solar glass we use in our buildings has the following advantages:

• – Provides excellent levels of solar protection, reflecting unwanted heat by up to 56%
• – Reduces excessive heat build up compared to standard glazing
• – Has an attractive neutral appearance giving you a clear view of your surroundings

Render on the front elevation, combined with Cedral cladding on the rear and sides provides an contemporary aesthetic look.
