Garden Room - St Albans

PROJECT OVERVIEW

A lovely Garden Room measuring 4.6m x 3.8m nestles perfectly in the corner of the garden.
Sliding doors to the front aspect bring in lots of natural light, perfect to fully open on a warm day, a Monday to Friday single door on the side makes a great practical option.
Clad in maintenance free Cedral Weatherboard, which contrasts nicely against the anthracite grey frames.
Electric connections to the house and fully reinforced concrete foundations are standard in all EGR builds.

Feedback:-
From the start both Alison and Ben gave a slick and highly professional service.
They paid attention to detail both before and during the build, always taking notice of our particular wishes. From the office Alison was quick to respond to emails, to offer advice and keep us informed. We were away for the first week so she sent photos every day to keep us involved.
On site Ben worked so hard, always turned up on time, before 8am and worked until and beyond darkness, by lamp light if necessary! He never seemed to stop even when it rained. Mugs of tea were drunk €œon the run€ù whilst working. His specialist colleagues, roofer, electrician, plasterer were clearly skilled. He was never phased by unexpected issues, no fuss, always cheerful and a pleasure to have with us for nearly 3 weeks.
The Cedral weatherboard cladding blends in with the rest of the garden and contrary to cedar cladding, Cedral is maintenance free. The high level of insulation, solid foundations and attention to detail in the finish makes for a smart and comfortable additional work and relaxing space. High quality product and workmanship.
We thank Ben and Alison for their advice, their friendly and professional approach and their skill in giving us a fantastic extra €œspace€ù.
We would recommend Executive Garden Rooms to our friends and family, from initial impression and throughout planning and building process leads us to say – How could you not recommend Executive Garden Rooms? This small family run company is impressive.
