Garden Room - Poole, Dorset

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This garden room has been designed for our clients to provide a space for relaxation time, it also contains a useful storage area.  Size 6m x 3m.

What a transformation from the small urban garden with a tatty shed and overgrown vegetation to this fantastic Garden Room providing additional family space with entertaining area to the side.

To comply with Building Regulations, if your garden building is over 15m2 and within one metre of the boundary it needs to be clad with a fire board underneath the cladding.  At EGR we always comply with all building regulations to ensure every building is safe.

Externally the building is clad in Cedral Weatherboard which is maintenance free and comes in numerous colours.

Internally the room is finished with laminate wood flooring, electrical connections at both ends to include WiFi data point, smoke alarm, plenty of power sockets and LED down lights.

Note: photos are pre-landscaping.

Feedback from client:

We recently had our garden room building made by Alison, John and their team and we couldn’t be happier!
Alison provided us with exactly what we wanted and went out of her way to accommodate us with our dream building, by regularly communicating with us, showing us examples of what to expect and keeping us updated.
The team, when on site, were so friendly and respectful whilst working. They were incredibly professional and the standard of their work is exceptional and very fast too! I couldn’t believe how quickly they worked, putting in long hours and with attention to detail too.
We had previously contacted several other companies who were not a patch on this company.
Our building is beautiful, incredibly well insulated, warm, amazing decor and exactly what we wanted. In fact, it’s probably even better than what we expected!
I have no hesitation in recommending Alison and John and their incredible team for providing a garden room of the highest quality. Thank you for everything. Danny and I and the rest of the family are over the moon.
