A Contemporary 3m x 3m Garden Room in Lymington

This charming 3m x 3m garden room features a sleek, modern cubist design, the perfect retreat to relax and enjoy views over the newly landscaped garden.

The exterior showcases a striking panel of vertically fixed Western Red Cedar cladding, with its natural reddish-brown tones protected against UV damage to preserve its beauty. For the side and rear elevations, the clients opted for maintenance-free composite cladding, carefully colour-matched to the window and door frames for a harmonious finish.

Inside, the room is completed to a high specification, with plastered and painted walls and ceilings, complemented by quality wooden flooring. The installation includes:

• LED downlights

• Hard-wired internet connection

We also managed the final electrical link to the house, ensuring the room was fully functional and ready for use as soon as the project was completed.
