PROJECT OVERVIEW

This beautifully designed Garden Office, measuring 6m x 3.3m, was created for a couple who both work from home. The layout has been carefully planned to provide two dedicated work areas, separated by an internal partition wall featuring an open display section. This feature not only adds character and visual interest but also allows for a natural connection between the two spaces — ideal for those quick-fire work conversations while maintaining a sense of privacy and focus.

Externally, the building is clad in composite cladding in a soft light grey, offering a contemporary, low-maintenance finish that complements its surroundings. The look is completed with aluminium windows and doors in a bespoke sparkle finish, adding a subtle touch of individuality and modern style.

Inside, integral blinds have been installed to give full control over light and privacy throughout the day, ensuring a comfortable and flexible workspace.

The electrical specification includes everything required for modern home working: full electrical connections between the house and the garden room, double power sockets, external security lighting, LED downlights, Cat6 data points, panel heater, and smoke alarm.
