This bespoke 7m x 3.6m Garden Office has been thoughtfully designed and constructed to provide our clients with a spacious and comfortable environment for working from home. The layout incorporates a large office area, along with a practical cloakroom and compact kitchenette, creating a fully self-contained workspace suitable for daily professional use.

The exterior combines pearl grey composite cladding with sleek anthracite grey window frames, creating a contemporary finish that complements the surrounding garden while maintaining a premium architectural feel.

Kitchenette & Plumbing

The compact kitchenette has been designed to maximise usability without compromising on space. An under-sink water heater provides hot water to both the kitchen sink and the cloakroom vanity basin, ensuring convenient day-to-day functionality.

Groundworks & Construction

As part of our complete turnkey service, we undertook all required groundworks and service connections to ensure the building performs as a permanent, high-quality structure.

This project included Reinforced concrete foundations, 30 metres of trenching to install essential services:

  • Armoured electrical cable
  • Foul drainage pipes
  • Cat6 data cable

Drainage and service connections were approved by Building Control, and the structure complies with Schedule 2 of the Building Regulations 2010, reinforcing its classification as a permanent building.
