A superb Garden Room designed  and built for our client in Ferndown, Dorset to be used as a gym.
Measuring 6m x 3.5m externally, this beautiful room is bespoke in design with plenty of windows to appreciate the views over the garden.
Clad with the increasingly popular Cedral Weatherboard, with its ‘0’ rating for fire and its painted finish which will not fade, making it a practical, contemporary product.
The electrical package includes power sockets, LED down lights, external security light, smoke detector and Cat6 data point.   A Daikin air conditioning has been installed, this top of the range unit has wifi built in so you can control the unit via an app on your mobile, it also has a movement sensor where it powers down if no one is in the room – this is becoming an extremely popular option.
As with all our garden rooms, it is built to the highest quality and standard with 140mm of insulation in the walls making it once of the most insulated garden rooms on the market.
