This superb, large bespoke 9m x 5.4m garage has been designed, creating a workshop and luxury storage for cars.

Two insulated roller shutter doors and a uPVC single door for side access.

Fully insulated for all year round use, composite cladding for a maintenance free option.

A useful toilet and basin have been included.

Electrical connections include plenty of LED down lights and external lights working with a timer.  External double power socket.

As this building is forward of the front elevation of the property, planning was required.

Due to the size of building and service connections required, the project was signed off by building control.
