A superb garden room designed and built for a family in Poole, Dorset, measuring 6m x 3.6m.
The building is clad with maintenance free Cedral Weatherboard, available in various modern colours.
The floor has been finished with practical porcelain tiles in the shower room and laminate flooring in the garden room.
The shower room contains a spacious contemporary shower with a resin shower tray, Mira shower, toilet and vanity unit.
The effective window design on the front elevation floods the garden room with daylight and provides a lovely view across the garden.
The electrical package includes connection to the consumer unit in the clients house, together with power sockets, LED down lights internal and external, cat 6 data point, smoke alarm, extractor fan and electric towel radiator in the shower room.
As with all our projects we offer a Turnkey solution, from trenching for the drainage, connections for the water, foul and electricity.
Building Control sign off is required for all projects including connections to mains services; we arrange this as part of the project management.
Build time 4 weeks.
