Garden Room with Shower Facilities in High Wycombe

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This Garden Room has been designed to provide practical additional space for our clients.

The Garden building size of 6.25 x 2.9m contains a large room together with a useful shower room with toilet, large shower and vanity unit – creating a valuable extension to the family home.

Clad in a Cedral Weatherboard which is maintenance free and comes in many different colours.

The uPVC double glazed windows bring in lots of light and ventilation, a cat flap has been fitted with a magnetic catch to ensure no unwelcome cats enter the building.

Full electrical connections at both the garden room and the house are included as standard, together with an electric thermostatic towel radiator, a thermostatic panel heater, WiFi connections, LED down lights and an external security light.

Groundworks, trenching for foul, water and electric/WiFi cabling, along with connections to the mains services are extensive in projects containing shower rooms, EGR undertake the whole project as a ‘one stop shop’ and provided a full turnkey solution.

Reinforced concrete foundations provide a stable base for a long term solution, the ground has been excavated and retained by sleepers, it is important to ensure the any garden room sits nicely in the garden and looks aesthetically pleasing to the eye rather than having a “just landed” appearance.

Planning Permission was applied for by EGR and Building Regulations on the drainage and connections have been signed off by Building Control.  All buildings by EGR are permanent and comply to Schedule 2 of the Building Regulations 2010.
