This custom-shaped garden office is the perfect size for one person to work from home comfortably.

The project was designed to fit into a tricky space left by the developers of a beautiful new community in Tisbury, Wiltshire. With a footprint of just 11.6m², the building sits snugly against the double garage.

Since it falls under permitted development rights, we took care of the planning permission process for the clients, making the whole experience stress-free.

The office is clad with off-white composite material, matching the existing textured garage for a cohesive look.

Electrical connections between the house and the garden room, plenty of double power sockets, an external security light, LED downlights, heating, a Cat6 data point, and a smoke alarm.
