Garden Office - Swanage

PROJECT OVERVIEW

A superb Garden Office has been designed and built for our clients in Swanage.

We started the project by dismantling a 1930’s brick built garage and it’s foundations and removing from site.

Measuring 6.2m x 3.5m externally, the bespoke building has a separate store room with access via a single panelled door on the right hand side of the building.

This garden office is clad with Western Red Cedar on the front and sides which has been UV-protected.  The building is clad with Cedral Weatherboard on the back for easy maintenance.

The electrical package includes power sockets, LED down lights, external security light, smoke detector and a Cat6a data point.

A Daikin air conditioning has been installed, this top of the range unit has wifi built in so you can control the unit via an app on your mobile, it also has a movement sensor where it powers down if no one is in the room.

Plenty of ventilation and light from the windows and a 1200mm x 900mm electronic Velux roof light, operated via a remote with rain sensor – what a lovely feature.

As with all our garden rooms, it is built to the highest quality and standard and comes with a 10 year guarantee.

Build time 2.5 weeks.
