A superb sized Garden Office with toilet facilities has been built for our clients in Exeter.
Measuring 7m x 4.5m externally, this beautiful room is bespoke in design with plenty of windows to appreciate the wonderful views over the garden.
This garden office is clad with Cedral Weatherboard, this fantastic new colour blends in with the surroundings of the garden, with its ‘0’ rating for fire and its painted finish which will not fade, it is a practical, contemporary product.
As with all our garden rooms, it is built to the highest quality and standard, which exceeds the specification of a new build house.
The electrical package includes connection to the consumer unit in the clients house, together with power sockets, heaters, LED down lights, external security light, smoke detector, Cat6a data point, telephone point and a security alarm.
Build time 3 weeks.
