We chose EGR® because they have an excellent, informative website which showed me that they were likely to meet all my criteria. I was looking for outstanding insulation values, provision of a concrete base, full building regulations construction, velux rooflights and on-site management. The ability to deal with planning was an added bonus.

From beginning to end the whole project ran like clockwork, keeping to a planned daily work schedule, come rain or wind.

After just a day or two I relaxed in the knowledge that we were in very hardworking, capable hands.  John masterminds the whole operation and has a highly skilled team. The work has been completed to a very high standard.

We live in a small courtyard development, accessed through an archway into a shared space.  John took the trouble to liaise with neighbours and to ensure that deliveries did not inconvenience them.  Alison is an amazing administrator and was so helpful even down to choosing every last detail.  They both have a wonderful ’can do’ attitude.  I cannot praise or thank them enough. I am delighted with my painting studio.

I would recommend Executive Garden Rooms to our friends & family without a doubt.
