PROJECT OVERVIEW

We recently completed a spacious 9m x 4m garden room in Poole, designed as a dual-purpose gym and home office.

This bespoke build features plenty of windows to create a bright, airy environment and is finished with low-maintenance composite Weatherboard cladding. With its ‘0’ fire rating and painted surface that won’t fade, it’s both a safe and contemporary choice.

Inside, the specification includes:

• Power sockets and Cat6 data point for reliable connectivity

• LED downlights, external security lighting, and a smoke detector

• Heating for year-round comfort

A cassette toilet was installed, offering the perfect solution where mains connection isn’t possible. With an integrated flush tank and ceramic bowl, it provides convenience without compromise.

The structure sits on a reinforced concrete foundation, eliminating nesting opportunities for rodents or foxes and ensuring long-term durability.

As with all Executive Garden Rooms projects, this build was completed to the highest quality standards, in just three weeks.
