From start to finish, Alison and John were fantastic. We would highly recommend them. Alison’s calm advice and patience in the face of indecision was much appreciated. Our project needed planning permission and a tree survey and Alison made the whole process run smoothly. Neither Alison or John are afraid to say if they think something won’t work (always very diplomatically!) and this was something that we valued highly as novices at new buildings. John runs a tight ship and has very high standards, and he, Adam, and Gav worked long hours and were always cheerful. The site was always left tidy and we were kept informed with a clear timetable and regular updates. We love our garden room which has turned out better than we could have hoped. It is an oasis of calm and that is all down to Executive Garden Rooms.
