The beautiful combination of materials makes this unique build stand out from the rest, the rendered elevations contrast beautifully against the dark grey Cedral Weatherboard cladding.

Electrics include connections at both the house and garden room; plenty of double power sockets, external security light, LED down lights, Cat6 data point and smoke alarm.

Build time 2 weeks.

Feedback from client:

This was a very smooth process from start to finish. The whole team where so professional.Excellent daily updates via email about what stage we where at and the quality of the build team was superb. Tidy after each day and finished as stated from the outset.

The finished room is great quality and I enjoy working in it every day.

Thanks EGR
